Condensation Tank
TankSafe's patented vapour recovery assembly provides an effective and economical means
for BTEX emission reduction, saleable condensate collection, odour control and visual
plume curtailment at glycol dehydration facilities.
The integral combination of TankSafe's heated dual-containment steel storage tank and roof mounted
condensing unit has achieved up to 98% benzene emission reduction and liquid collection
containing up to 70% saleable condensate.
Successful air pollution and soil contamination abatement is effected by simply
taking advantage of ambient air temperature conditions in combination with the condensing
unit's excessive vapour retention time and surface contact area.
The Condensation Tank does not require any seasonal adjustments and, except for selected
level gauge and overflow assembly, does not contain any moving parts.
